In honor of the 10th anniversary of the founding of Norman Laturelle, the founder of the show, significantly updated the concert program. The sports and multimedia mystery is built like a journey through time - from the times of Ancient Rome to flight into space. 50 horses of 11 different breeds take part in the show, the most adult of which - the Lorenzo jump horse - has been working in the show from the day it was founded, and 44 riders - acrobats, aerialists and dancers.
Over the years, Cavalia has hosted over 1300 performances, the show was watched by four million viewers around the world who were able to appreciate the beauty of proud horses, the professionalism and skill of the troupe's artists. The show travels across the continents, making only 5-6 travels a year and a long guest in the same region, which allows animals to adapt to new conditions.
Horses are selected at the age of five to six years, from several months to several years it can go to prepare one issue, depending on the abilities of the horse and the talent of the master. "Horses never make mistakes. Only a trainer or rider can make a mistake that will lead to a fall," said Norman Laturel, the creator of the mystery, who at one time worked with the world's most popular Solar Circus.
A curious fact: horses from the Cavalia show annually eat 17,500 briquettes of hay, 16550 kg of oats and 795 kg of carrots.
