ENOC from UAE has got a double fraudster

UAE National Oil Company (Enoc) has warned all residents of the country about the appearance of fraudsters acting on its behalf on the network.

The Dubai-based Enoc oil company has warned all UAE citizens and residents to beware of online scammers acting on behalf of the company.

Fraudsters send a huge number of emails to residents of the UAE. The letters indicate that Enoc allegedly changed their bank details, and payment to the company should be transferred to a new account. Enoc encouraged everyone who received these letters not to succumb to provocations.

If you find such a letter in your inbox, immediately contact company representatives at [email protected] and check the information.

It is noteworthy that this is not the first time that the Enoc brand is used by scammers.

For example, previously, hiccups on behalf of Enoc posted recruitment announcements. After the "interview" the applicants were asked to pay a fee, supposedly charged for obtaining a work permit.

In order not to become a victim of scammers, it is enough to follow simple precautions:

1. Enos representatives send letters only from the official mailbox (@enoc) and never from free e-mail servers such as Hotmail, Yahoo.

2. Enoc recruiters never require any down payment from applicants.

3. Applicants who are directly or indirectly involved in the employment process at Enoc will always go through the formal process. The job seeker is always interviewed at the Enoc office before the company makes an official offer.

4. Typically, scammers are asked to respond to the letter as quickly as possible.

5. Fraudsters communicate only by e-mail, or by phone, refuse a personal meeting.

6. Attackers are asked not to disclose information about the job offer to anyone.

7. In order not to become a link in the chain of fraudsters, always check the information specified in the letter (name of the head, names of Enoc partner companies, etc.).
