The first luxury hotel from the American Caesars brand will open in Dubai.
Meraas and Caesars Entertainment Corporation, one of the most innovative hotel and entertainment companies in the world, are launching luxury hotels, a convention center and a beach club on the Bluewaters Island in Dubai. Bluewaters is a new, modern, family-oriented project located on an artificial island off the coast of Jumeirah Beach Residence.
With this step, Meraas once again supports the Dubai Tourism Vision 2020 strategy launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.
For Caesars Entertainment, Bluewaters will be the first project in a new market. The company plans to offer Dubai a new experience by applying its approach to working with resorts. Guests of the future project should expect a unique combination of entertainment, restaurants and the highest level of service.
Caesars Entertainment will operate two luxury hotels on the island of Bluewaters. Hotels are expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2018. The exclusive Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai with 178 rooms will be the second largest Caesars Palace in the world. It will be built one indoor and two outdoor pools, a spa area of 630 square meters. m and a wellness center with stunning views of the Ain Dubai Ferris Wheel, as well as six restaurants. The facility will also include a special event room, a well-equipped conference room and a business center. Caesars will also operate a beach club and convention center.
Caesars Bluewaters Dubai, the second hotel, will have 301 rooms, two outdoor pools, three world-class restaurants, three conference rooms equipped for business services, and an event area of 850 square meters. Both hotels will have direct access to a 450-meter private beach.

Over the past five years, Meraas has invested 18 billion dirhams ($ US 4.9 billion) in key emirate entertainment projects, including in Dubai Parks and Resorts, Roxy Cinemas, Hub Zero, Mattel Play! Town, The Green Planet, Dubai Arena, Ain Dubai, Laguna Waterpark and Safari Park.
In addition to the luxurious hotels and apartments on Bluewaters, 10 apartment buildings have been built with stunning views of the Persian Gulf. Other facilities include modern gyms, swimming pools, landscaped gardens, basketball and children's playgrounds.
Bluewaters retail outlets span the island. They are represented by a total of 200 points located on the ground floor level on the boulevard and in residential buildings. 4.5 thousand parking spaces for residents and visitors will be prepared.
To facilitate access to the Bluewaters, Meraas, in collaboration with the Dubai authorities, has developed a bridge connecting the Bluewaters to Sheikh Zayed Road. Meraas is also working on a transportation system that will deliver passengers in fully automated vehicles in four minutes. The island will also connect to the beach with a 265-meter foot bridge.
