The Abu Dhabi Academy of Poetry at the Committee for the Organization of Cultural Programs and Historical Events has released the first of its kind dictionary of emirate dialectisms.
The first edition of the dictionary "Emirate Ramza" is intended, first of all, for readers who do not speak Arabic and are interested in the Emirate dialect.
For ease of reading and correct memorization, the transcription of the exact pronunciation of 1,500 emirate dialectisms is presented in a book in English.
The dictionary may be of interest not only to foreign readers, but also to all those aspiring to master the Emirate dialect, including Arabic-speaking and local residents who want to deepen their knowledge of their native language.
